Requirements for a Vicidial Call Center Solution

Requirements for each agent are fairly low and are as follows. For each agent within the call centre solution you will require a voip enabled phone which can be either a hard or soft phone. (A soft phone is a software application that works through a headset connected to the computer).

Soft phone software includes x-lite, 3cx or Zoiper and you will require at an absolute minimum a computer with at least a 500Mhz processor and 256Mb of ram. For good call quality we recommend computers with 1Ghz Processors and 512Mb of ram. We also recommend that the agent computers have a JavaScript enabled web browser installed (Firefox 1+ / Chrome / Safari 2+).

Vicidial Call Centre Solutions | Training Available

On-site training is available at a cost of £600 for a day for up to 8 people, which is normally more than sufficient. This includes a licensed copy of the full colour manual.

The training is geared for system adminstrators and call centre managers and provides a solid grounding in getting the most out of your call centre.

Agent training is not normally required as operation from the agent’s perspective is very straight forward and intuitive.

Hosted Set Up Charges

  • £250 initial fee for installation and configuration of each hosting server required.
  • £199 1st month hosting fee in advance per server.
  • Monthly ongoing fees include: £199 per server per month hosting fee plus the cost of minutes.(each dedicated server will handle up to 25 logged in agents)
  • Training is also available at a cost of £600 for a day, which is normally sufficient. This includes a licensed copy of the full colour manual.

Typical Call Charges

  • 0.9p per minute for outbound calls to landlines.
  • 3p per minute for inbound free phone calls.
  • Minutes are billed in 1 second increments with a minimum call cost of two tenths of a penny.
  • All telco minutes are prepaid.
  • £2 per month for each Direct Inward Dial you require.
  • We are often able to offer special rates for customers with high volume.
