AI Call Analysis
One area that Ai shines is in call analysis. Many contact centres have a QA section who spend time listening to calls to ensure compliance, performance etc.
It’s a time consuming process as the calls need to be listened to in realtime speed. On the other hand, Ai can listen to a 30 minute call and analyse it in seconds! It can then score it as a human would, from keywords to inflection etc.
However in order for it to work, the recording needs to be split into agent left speaker, customer right speaker
