Antheus have launched a new service for their customers that in addition to cleaning leads prior to list loading, now incorporates TPS screening at the point of dial. Any calls to destinations that are in the TPS database (updated every 24 hours), are blocked and a custom code is returned to Vicidial which in turn sets a TPS disposition. This option can be configured on a per campaign basis.
Of course, if the number holder has opted in/given their permission to receiving calls then manual dials and call backs can still go ahead.
This is just another layer in preventing unwanted/nuisance calls and helps call centres stay compliant with OFCOM rules and regulations
